Redoxis is a private held company owned by it's Founder and investors. Current owners are Vacara AB, Sätila MedTech AB and founders. Redoxis closed the first round of investment in June 2008.

A significant part of Redoxis Research & Development is funded by support from EU framework programmes like the integrated programs AUTOCURE and NeuroproMiSe. Redoxis has also been granted support from Göteborg-BIO for high throughput screening and medicinal chemistry development of novel small molecule drugs for treatment of autoimmune diseases during 2008 and also support from Vinnova Forska och Väx of 500.000 sek during 2009 for medininal chemistry and lead development.

During spring 2009, Redoxis founded the spinout company ProNoxis AB that with funding from Lund University and Karolinska Development that together will continue the preclinical development of Redoxis NOX2 project, for treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
