In Vivo models
We offer our customers the most widely used models for studying major autoimmune diseases. Our scientists have many years of experience working with In Vivo models of autoimmunity and we are specialists in the animal models of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our In Vivo models are standardized in order to for optimize validation in early drug development. We offer the possibility to perform experiments using established treatments as controls. Our In Vivo models include biomarker analyses, following the effectiveness and safety of the studied therapeutic targets and drugs.
Provided models of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA):
- Collagen induced arthritis (CIA) in rats and mice
- Pristane induced arthritis (PIA) in rats
- Collagen antibody induced arthritis (CAIA) in mice
- Glucose 6-phosphate isomerase (GPI) induced arthritis in mice
- Adoptive T cell transfer in rats
Provided models of Multiple Sclerosis (MS):
-Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in rats and mice
Other provided disease models:
- Ex Vivo efficacy validation (cytokine profile, cell markers and distribution, inflammatory markers)
Bioavailability models:
- Redoxis provides Pharmacokinetic (PK) studies including determination of bioavailability, half-time, Tmax and Cmax of small molecules.
We continuously validate and add models to our portfolio. For more detailed information of the models, please download our folder or contact us for suggestions and descriptions of models suitable for your project.
