He has held senior roles at several research institutes and organizations, including the Swedish Toxicology Sciences Research Center (Swetox) and the Karolinska Institute. Throughout his career, Erik has been actively involved in advancing the development and implementation of alternative methods to animal testing and improving the predictive value of preclinical models.
